everPay is guaranteed to be decentralized by the following way.

• All the everPay transactions are recorded on the Arweave blockchain as unique records for everyone to verify.
• The users’ assets on everPay are managed by the everPay’s DAO through MultiSigs with the administrative permissions split among several celebrities in the blockchain industry to create a decentralized everPay world.
